My approach is trauma-informed and emotionally supportive, without pressure. While this work can sometimes feel emotional and deeply releasing, clients are supported throughout the process and never expected to cope alone.

I have tried various other methods eg counselling, cbt therapy, medication and still am awaiting PTSD therapy from the doctors however after my session with Claire I don't feel like I will need it. The pain, anger and anxiousness I felt before hand has all gone.

Living with trauma, PTSD, CPTSD, anxiety or emotional overwhelm can feel exhausting and isolating.

Some of the clients I work with have experienced childhood trauma, sexual abuse, domestic abuse, catastrophic events and decades of living in survival mode. Others have developed agoraphobia because life no longer feels safe or predictable.

Using counselling and hypnotherapy together, I help clients work with both the mind and nervous system — allowing the body to begin responding differently to experiences that may have felt impossible to move beyond for years.
