We often focus on the physical weight, but what about the emotional weight we carry? How many times have you reached for food when stressed or overwhelmed, only to feel that your mind just wasn’t in it when trying to make healthy changes?


Weight loss is primarily a mindset issue. Without addressing the emotions that drive your eating habits, it's like asking a taxi driver to change direction without knowing the destination. Hypnosis connects you with your subconscious, which drives these habits, offering a different way forward before jumping back into traditional weight loss plans.


You don’t need to share personal details unless you want to. Like many of my 1:1 clients, your emotional struggles—whether related to parenting, work stress, anxiety, or grief—are deeply personal. My role is to guide you toward emotional freedom, without giving the details of your past.

Food Craving Hypnosis
Ready to reduce cravings? This session targets your triggers—whether it’s crisps, bread, or wine—by “turning down” your desire for unhealthy foods. Gain control over what you eat without feeling deprived.


You’ll receive a downloadable hypnosis track from week 4, so you can revisit the session’s guidance whenever you choose.

Hypnotic Gastric Band
Experience a virtual gastric band through hypnosis to feel fuller faster. This will help you naturally reduce portion sizes, so you can better listen to your body’s hunger signals and avoid overeating.


You’ll also receive a hypnotic download from week 5 to revisit anytime, reinforcing the suggestions from the session.

New Confidence Visualisation
