Refund and Cancellation Policy for Claire Oldham West Services 
This policy applies to all services offered by Claire Oldham West. The terms "Client," "You," and "Your" refer to you, the person using our services, and agreeing to these terms. "The Business," "The Company," "Claire Oldham West," "Ourselves," "We," "Our," and "Us," refer to our business.

Clients may cancel within 24 hours of purchase, with a refund issued minus a 5% transaction fee.
To cancel, contact us with your cancellation reason and preferred refund method. Refunds will be processed minus a 5% fee.

Refunds for partially used services cover only the unused portion. No refunds are issued after complete service delivery.
Membership Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership at any time. However, to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next scheduled payment.
Refunds: Given the nature of the service and the commitment involved, refunds are not offered for periods of membership already commenced or completed. This includes both monthly and annual membership plans.
 
Freezing Membership: In exceptional circumstances, such as prolonged illness or other significant life events, members may request to freeze their membership for a specific period. Such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
 
Pricing Changes: Founding Members' rates are locked in for the duration of continuous membership. Any interruptions or cancellations may result in subsequent rejoining at the current membership rate.
 
Non-Attendance: Refunds or credits are not provided for sessions missed by the member, including group sessions. However, recorded sessions will be available for catch-up. We reserve the right to terminate services for reasons like dangerous or inappropriate client behaviour. In such cases, a refund for unused services may be issued at our discretion.
